The PPG is a group of patients who want to work with the surgery team to improve doctor/patient relations.

Some of the benefits a PPG can bring:

To facilitate patient "involvement"
Help to improve services
Help to improve communication between the practice and its patients
Foster patient loyalty and support to the practice

A PPG is NOT a forum for Complaints, nor is a doctors fan club.
