Urgent Appointments
To request an appointment (Monday-Friday)
Phone us on 01288 270580, Monday to Friday between 8.30am and 6pm (please be aware we are closed between 1pm and 2pm)
If you’re having trouble reaching us, please select the callback option, and one of the team will return your call as soon as possible.
We will use the information given to help navigate you to the correct service. They may advise you to complete a triage form which will be looked at on the day it is submitted.
Always call 999 if your condition is life threatening.
Routine Appointments
To request a routine appointment:
1. Use our Contact us Online between 8.00am & 6.30pm to request a routine appointment.
2. Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
3. If you are unable to do any of the above, please phone us on 01288 270580, Monday - Friday
When you get in touch, we'll ask what you need help with.
We will use the information you give us to choose the most suitable doctor, nurse or health professional to help you.
Your Appointment
However you choose to contact us, we may offer you a consultation:
1. By phone
2. Face to face at the surgery
3. By text or email
Appointments by phone, text or email can be more flexible and often means you get help sooner.
Cancelling or Changing an Appointment.
To cancel your appointment:
1. Use your NHS account (through the NHS website or NHS App)
2. Using the GP online system - SystmOne
3. Phone us on 01288 270580, Monday - Friday 8.30am to 6.30pm
4. Reply CANCEL to your appointment text reminder
If you need help with your appointment
Please tell us:
1. If there's a specific doctor, nurse or health professional you would prefer to see.
2. If you would prefer to consult with the doctor or nurse by phone, face to face, by video call or by text or email.
3. If you need an interpreter.
4. If you need any other access of communication needs.
If you need help when we are closed
If you need medical help now, use NHS 111 online or Call 111
NHS 111 online is for people aged 5 and over. Call 111 if you need help for a child under 5.
Call 999 in a medical or mental health emergency. This is when someone is seriously ill or injured and their life is at risk.
